Random Diary Entry: Activating the Anointing in My Life

Today, I took a moment to reflect on what I am going to do differently to activate the anointing on my life. It’s time to reignite the passion that once fueled my journey. I’ve decided to return to my YouTube channel, a space that I stepped away from due to fear and shame. I allowed those feelings to silence my voice, convincing myself that I didn’t want to give anyone false hope. But I know deep down that I have a message to share—one of resilience and faith. To hold myself accountable, I’ve set a goal to post one video each week. These videos will serve as a source of motivation for others, where I can share my experiences and what I’ve learned along the way. I want to uplift those who may be struggling, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey. Additionally, I’m committing to reach out to five people on Facebook each day to pray for, encourage, or simply check in on. It’s time to turn up the heat and fully embrace who God has called me to be. No more compromises—I’m r...

Overcoming Attacks in Every Area of Life

The enemy often targets us in various areas of our lives, and it’s essential to recognize these attacks so we can rise above them. Below, I break down the areas where I've felt the enemy's presence and offer encouragement and scriptural support to help overcome these challenges. This was an old homework assignment that my mentor gave us to write down each aspect of our lives and to be honest on how we felt at that moment. This is a cool way that we can continue to see our growth in Christ, especially when we are facing daily obstacles and feel discouraged . As I look back at this, I found out that I can also speak life into these areas through encouragement, and scriptures. I pray that this helps and you too could do this as a way to encourage yourself.  Mental Challenge:I often find myself distracted and not immersed in the Word, especially while living with my children’s father, who is not saved. His mind games and manipulation can lead me to question my reality. Encouragemen...

Breaking Through Obstacles

As I reflect on my journey, I realize that obstacles have been a constant presence in my life, each one teaching me valuable lessons. One of the most significant challenges I faced was self-sabotage. At that time, I was beginning to understand that God had called me to another level, but moving forward in that area proved to be incredibly difficult.  The blessing, however, was that I could finally identify what was holding me back. I had started to hear discouraging thoughts in my mind, urging me to give up and quit. But I knew I had to take action. My plan involved fasting to seek clarity and guidance from God. I also committed to waking up early each day to spend time in prayer, ensuring that my priorities were in order. I applied the principles I learned in my classes, especially focusing on the Word of God whenever those negative voices crept in, telling me to give in to despair. In moments of doubt, I held on to Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengt...

Closed chapter of my life

This is a random chapter of My Life that I like to share. Growing up, one of the main goals instilled in me was to become a wife. I was taught that if you weren't a wife, you were a woman without value or self-respect. Looking back now, I know how crazy that sounds, but it was the world I knew. My family was my entire universe, and I wasn’t allowed to go over to friends' houses or have them visit me. I assumed that every family operated under the same unspoken rules: what goes on in this house stays in this house, and you don’t tell anyone.  As I navigated my teenage years, I faced constant rejection from boys, which led me to make a vow to myself: the first person I slept with would be the one I married. In my mind, this seemed like a solid plan. But life doesn’t always go as we hope, and my first experience would prove to be a lesson in many ways. I was just 19, a freshman in college, and he was around 30, claiming to have just served a ten-year prison sentence.  Despite the...

Breaking the Cycle: A Journey of Healing and Self-Discovery

Growing up, one of the main goals for women in my family was to get a man and have babies. I was taught that becoming a wife was the ultimate achievement, and anything less meant you were a woman without value or self-respect. Looking back, I can see how absurd that mindset was, but at the time, it was all I knew. My upbringing was confined within the walls of my home, where I was not allowed to visit friends or have them over, leading me to assume that all families operated under similar rules. The mantra was clear: what happens in this house stays in this house, and you don’t tell anyone. As I grew older, the reality of my situation became painfully clear. I constantly faced rejection from boys, which led me to make a promise to myself: whoever I slept with first, I would marry. That promise came to fruition when I was just 19, a freshman in college, and he was a man in his thirties who had just served a ten-year prison sentence. Despite the red flags and warning signs, I convinced m...
